We bill a flat monthly subscription. Razorpay (or other gateways) charges their usual fee on payments directly.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in billing — proration behaviour follows your payment provider.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Staff and kitchens use browsers on phones or tablets and customers scan QR codes on their own phones.
